Story of the Cemetery

Lothian Cemetery, Delhi

Hello & Welcome to my blog "Mysterious Fact"  I am going to tell the story of the cemetery. This place is located near to the General Post Office at Kashmiri Gate in old Delhi.

The location of this graveyard is a dense forest with trees. It was built by the British in 1808 as a Christian cemetery. This cemetery is used by the British only to bury the bodies of British or Indian Christians between 1808 and 1867.

The Cemetery is like a unicorn without a haunted story. Every graveyard or graveyard is associated with some superstitious horror story. There are two interesting stories about this cemetery.

The first story is about a heart broker lover where a British soldier named Sir Nicholas was in love with an Indian woman and the woman turned down his offer. So in that pain, he broke his head and died whose body is buried here.

Since then a headless ghost roams the cemetery, which is claimed to be the ghost of Sir Nicholas. And the most interesting thing is that on moonlit nights the ghost will become powerful.

The second story is about a land dispute, but the surprising thing is that the dispute is not among the people. The cemetery is an Indian cemetery that has been forcibly converted into a Christian cemetery by the British. They removed old dead bodies from the cemetery before converting them.

But it is said that only the body leaves, souls are bound in this crematorium, so they did not leave the crematorium. So two ghost groups, the Indian Ghost and the British Ghost, are fighting for the ownership of the cemetery.

However, believe it or not, the cemetery gives off a haunting feel even on peaceful mornings. But if they dare to believe in the stories then these are the best places for a homeless person to live happily here.

Vas Villa was a collapsing old house, with a blue rusted Hillman Minx standing in front of the house gate. If one is to believe the stories, this house was built in 1943 by a certain E J Vas who was a reputable lawyer in Bombay High Court. He gifted the house to his two daughters who remained unmarried all their lives and lived in this house. Until 2002, everything was OK and it was just another house; but after that, this residence of two elderly ladies turned into a weed-infested derelict mansion; and gained a notorious reputation for being one of the most haunted houses. The people living near this house believe that there is something spiritual in this place, they hear some weird sounds coming from inside the house.  I  hope you like my blog 💓  Stay tuned for more interesting blogs

Waterfall

Eternal flame falls Hello and welcome to my blog mysterious facts & here I’m with another interesting and mysterious story. This waterfall, named 'Eternal Flame', is located behind a waterfall in western New York. Compatible with Native Americans, it has been lit for thousands of years. For many years, scientists thought that the eternal flame in New York was being weathered by the gas produced by ancient rocks that were extremely hot. However, researchers of Indiana University found that the rocks below are not hot enough to make gas; which implies that something else is keeping the flame safe and they are unable to find the important reason behind such an appearance.  Due to soil erosion, it makes the ground thicker and a hiker with roots is likely to slip. Rain can make the route slippery and dangerous. You can shine as much as possible in the flame, however, be careful about your safety as well. Eternal flames are highly contingent on melting water and rainfall. It is...
